Majali named as board member of Arab security award

AMMAN – The Arab Interior Ministers Council recently decided to name Interior Minister Hussein Majali and Qatari Prime Minister and Interior Minister Sheikh Nasser Bin Khalifa Al Thani as members of the board of trustees for the Prince Nayef Award for Arab Security in their personal capacity.

The decision was taken during the council’s 32nd session late last week in Algeria in recognition of Jordan’s “pivotal” role in improving Arab security and combating all forms of crime and terrorism.
