AMMAN — The Jordan Strategy Forum (JSF) on Wednesday held a dialogue session to discuss the results of the Jordan’s Product Space Study, which was launched last August.

The session witnessed the participation of Minister of Planning and International Cooperation Wissam Rabadi, Secretary General of the Ministry of Industry, Trade and Supply Yousef Shamali and Chairman of the Jordan Investment Commission Khaled Wazani, the Jordan News Agency, Petra, reported.

JSF CEO Ibrahim Saif reviewed the main results of the study, highlighting the importance of attracting new industries to the Kingdom through building capabilities.

The planning minister reviewed the methodology and results of an analytical study conducted by the ministry's Support Unit of Economic Reform Implementation, which highlighted the expansion of exports of a number of made-in-Jordan industrial goods.

Wazani drew attention to the importance of diversifying commodities to reduce the risk of geographical concentration of exports.
