AMMAN — Royal Hashemite Court Chief Yousef Issawi, head of the follow-up committee for the implementation of Royal Initiatives, on Wednesday inaugurated the King Abdullah II School of Excellence, the General Federation of Jordanian Women (GFJW) and the Jordanian National Forum for Women (JNFW).

The initiatives were started after a Royal directive issued during His Majesty King Abdullah’s meeting with the Jerash Governorate’s leaders and dignitaries.

The King Abdullah II School of Excellence was established to provide specialised educational services to meet the needs of outstanding students, while the GFJW and JNFW in Jerash were opened to improve the quality of services provided to citizens, the Jordan News Agency, Petra, reported.
