Interior minister meets with Bahrain envoy

AMMAN — Interior Minister Salameh Hammad on Thursday met Bahrain Ambassador to Jordan Ahmed Al Rowaiei over ways to enhance cooperation, mainly in the fields of policing and security.

The two officials also discussed necessary measures to facilitate cooperation through creating mechanisms for supporting economic and security partnerships. Talks also went over the latest regional developments, the Jordan News Agency, Petra, reported.

Hammad, during the meeting, expressed the Kingdom's readiness to share its expertise with Bahrain in various fields, noting that overcoming regional challenges needs further cooperation and active partnership within the framework of joint Arab action.
