German foundation opens MENA office in Amman

AMMAN — The Friedrich Naumann Foundation for Freedom on Wednesday organised a ceremony to celebrate the opening of its Middle East and North Africa’s office in Amman, the Jordan News Agency, Petra, reported.
Minister of Political and Parliamentary Affairs Musa Maaytah attended the ceremony, organised to acquaint the attendees with its activities in Jordan and the region.
The foundation is an independent, political and non-profit organisation that aims at enhancing human rights, markets’ economies and individual freedom.
