GAM launches call centre for e-payment inquiries

AMMAN — The Greater Amman Municipality (GAM) on Wednesday launched a call centre in its headquarter in Ras Al Ein to provide e-payment services and respond to the citizens’ inquiries and notices, the Jordan News Agency, Petra, reported.

The municipality said that the call centre is available 24/7 through the landline 06-4616598 and the mobile phones 0796813203, 0778523936, 0778524547, 0796813253 and 0796813402.

The launch comes as part of GAM’s expansion of its electronic services to ease the administrative process for citizens and enable them to receive services from any location, Petra added.
