AMMAN — The Greater Amman Municipality (GAM) has recorded a 100 per cent response rate for citizens' complaints filed at the Government Complaints Management Unit of the Public Sector Development Ministry during February, the Jordan News Agency, Petra, reported on Monday.
According to the statement, the present percentage is a result of implementing the digital transformation strategy at the municipality, which eased the process of filing complaints to the municipality, eliminating the need to visit its main headquarter.
After filing complaints, the municipality officers follow up with each case based on the time it requires, and they issue monthly reports on the cases that have been dealt with. GAM also takes a number of measures to prevent the recurrence of similar complaints, the statement added.
