Freihat meets with German delegation over security cooperation

AMMAN — Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff Lt. Gen. Mahmoud Freihat on Tuesday received Germany’s Parliamentary Secretary of State at the Federal Ministry of Defence Peter Michael Tauber and his accompanying delegation, the Jordan News Agency, Petra, reported.

Freihat discussed with the visitors issues of common interest, in addition to the latest regional and international events. The officials also discussed enhancing cooperation and coordination on issues of interest to both countries’ militaries.
