Fayez meets Algerian ambassador over cooperation

AMMAN — Senate President Faisal Fayez on Thursday met Algerian Ambassador to Jordan Mohamed Sherif Kourta over advancing cooperation in various fields. Fayez lauded the “solid” Jordanian-Algerian ties, which are based on mutual respect, calling for enhancing joint investments and increasing trade exchange.
Fayez highlighted the need for removing all barriers hindering the development of bilateral economic relations, the Jordan News Agency, Petra, reported. The envoy expressed his country's appreciation for the "high level of relations" between both countries, stressing the need to build on them to best serve the two nations and peoples.
