AMMAN — Holders of curfew exemption permits are not allowed to leave their homes after 6pm, the Public Security Directorate (PSD) announced on Wednesday.
In a statement carried by the Jordan News Agency, Petra, the PSD said that regulations have been circulated to all patrols and checkpoints to consider these permits invalid between 6pm and 10am.
The directorate said that drivers who defy curfew orders will be referred to security centres and their vehicles will be seized. The PSD called on the public to adhere to curfew regulations to avoid being held legally accountable.
