AMMAN — The Royal Academy of Culinary Arts (RACA) on Wednesday signed a partnership agreement with the Lausanne Hotel School (LHS) in Switzerland.
Chairman of the King Abdullah Fund for Development (KAFD) Board of Trustees Alaa Batayneh noted that this partnership represents the KAFD’s development plans, and goes in line with the outcomes of the national human resources development strategy.
The Chairman of RACA Board of Trustees Wajih Oweis said that this agreement reflects the academy’s keenness on developing education output.
According to chef Jacques Rossel, director of RACA, LHS will develop the syllabus of the Bachelor’s degree programme that RACA will present in the near future. LHS is the first hotel school in the world, founded in 1893, which is recognised as one of the best hospitality management schools in the world, the Jordan News Agency, Petra, reported.
