Al al Bayt University to implement solar energy project

AMMAN — Al al Bayt University on Sunday signed a memorandum of understanding with the Energy Ministry to begin implementing a green project to generate electricity via solar power.
University President Dia-Eddin Arafa said the $120 million project is expected to generate 85 megawatts of electricity using solar panels.
