King starts Russia visit

AMMAN — His Majesty King Abdullah on Wednesday flew to Moscow for a working visit, during which he will meet Russian President Vladimir Putin and senior officials.
Discussions during the meetings will focus on the latest regional and international developments, a Royal Court statement said.
The visit is part of King Abdullah's coordination with the world’s influential powers over the situation in the Middle East, including means to combat terrorism groups that threaten the region and the world.
In addition, His Majesty and the Russian officials will discuss ways to bring about peace between the Palestinians and the Israelis according to the two-state solution as well as developments in Syria and Iraq.
HRH Prince Feisal was sworn in as Regent.
